These files contain ECO definitions. They are usually zipped or compressed to make them smaller; to unpack these files you will need an unzip program such as WinZIP (windows) unzip (unix) or pkunzip (DOS). They all unpack to simple text files.

If you would like the actual data contained in our database, just drop me a line; we use an SQL engine so can provide the data in either a simple tab-delimited format (TSV) or an SQL script for creating your own SQL tables.
