welcome
A good way to improve while enjoying master-level chess games is to follow the daily articles in the Telegraph, The Times (The Times is subscription-based), and The Guardian. The Times, for example, has a daily winning move puzzle as well as games from top tournaments. Sample chess magazines can be found in the club's resource library, the best ones are the British Chess Magazine and Chess Monthly; your local library may carry a subscription to one of these magazines you can browse in their reading room. You can also follow chess on BBC Teletext, page 568.
The Internet is an enormous resource for finding information on chess for whatever purpose. Checkout our links page for good starting points.
