Steve Scannell :: Ulster Champion

Steve Scannell, currently leading Bangor's Groomsport Team, finished unbeaten in the Ulster Senior Championship to win the Ulster Champion title for the fourth time.

The Championship was held in Fortwilliam Golf Club over 4 days at the end of December, 2003. Although the smallest entry for some time, competition was good with 5 FIDE rated players including 3 former Ulster Champions.
