Division One loses Bombardier and CIYMS to Div 2 with Fisherwick B declining promotion. RHV down to one team and QUB demurring; additions of Clifton House and North Belfast instead. Bangor Groomsport promoted.
Division Two additions of Bombardier and CIYMS, Fisherwick declining promotion, new entrant Bangor Templar (AKA Barracudas) and the demise of QUB.
