Rules
- Each player has 75 minutes on his/her clock
- Although 10 games must be played to be eligible for a prize, it is no longer obligatory to play at least 2 out of the last 3 Mondays of the tournament. But if a player, who has won say all 10 games, chooses not to play in the last 3 weeks, his score is debited with 2 losses. As all prizes are based on a percentage score, this score would reduce from 100% to 83.3%
The Advantages of a Flexible Tournament
The draw is made each evening and efforts are made to match players of equal ability. Return games are possible, unlike a Swiss tournament. A large chart will show how each entrant is faring.
